With Smart Tutor, you can connect your mobile device to a computer and gain access to a remote Samsung expert who will diagnose your device and provide you with functional advice to optimize its performance.
The expert can access all the applications and settings on your phone, allowing them to provide you with the information you need to improve your device's performance. To connect, simply enter the 6-digit code provided by the expert to log in to the Samsung Contact Center.
Once connected, you can make a call to the Samsung Contact Center and wait for the expert to diagnose your device. After the diagnosis is complete, you will receive the expert's recommendations and functional advice.
